Playing terra cresta with sideloaded mame4droid reloaded emulator - almost perfect

I'm so glad I can play this game on the ouya, terra cresta has always benn my favoourite and I've tried emulated on linux, PC, raspberrypi and finally it works perfect thanst to the 1.3 version of mame4droid reloaded.

BUT I have this issue that really spoils the whole experience big time. While playing the game using the thumbstick, it is SOOO easy to press it and find yourself with the options menu while playing that it makes it almos unplayable (it is the kind of game where you can't blink).

¿Does anybody know how to disable the click on the thumstick button or how to make it useless for the emulator?

Well, I know it is a very specific issue but maybe someone has any heads up. I'd appreciate the help.

I believe there is an option under INPUT that allows to change the default settings for the thumbstick buttons. I set mine to "Coin and Start" but I think you can even set it to "none"

Thanks for your response. I have tried it with my fingers crossed and it doesn't work, the click down in the thumbstick still brings up the options menú and 'game vover'. I am playing with the cross but it is just not so responsive for this kind of games.
