Looks nice but didn't list my playstation games. I'm guessing it's because I have them in separate folders.

Thats exactly why. Right now Nostalgia does not dig into sub directories. It wad an intentional choice but it seems popular to organize psx games into sub folders. I think next release will give users a choice to search into sub folders. Still considering how to handle that.
I get the sub folder thing with psx games, I ended up just taking them out, though.
Semi-off topic question, though. Some PSX games have tons of files associated with them (like Mortal Kombat 3) and I found a way to convert all the files into 2 files, but it would take a lot of work to do that to every game I have....is there any easier way to go about it? Because Nostalgia (and Fpse) both show all the files as that game, so for instance in Nostalgia, I have like 6 Mortal Kombat 3's.
I know this is in no way a fault of nostalgia but because it does affect it, I thought i'd ask here.
Would it work if the PSX files are zipped instead of in folders? I haven't bothered, but could be an alternative...
I have no idea if zipped images would be compatible with the emulators but it would be worth a shot.
@jeremy
How did you rip the disc image? If you rip it in the right format it shouldnt spit out a bunch of files. Email me a screenshot of the file list for one of these games so I have a better idea of what you are dealing with.

In my experience its best to unzip (roms seem less leggy) and I also combine the files so I'm left with 1 .bin and 1 .cue. I have found this to be the best method for psx games, this way they seem to run a lot better and generally have less issues.

I would say, people want to just organize movies, ROMs, books as they do with MP3: Artist/Album/Track, or Moviename/video, subtitles, cover art, etc., System/Archive or System/Game/ROM and Extras, Author/Title.
The reason for this is simple: file management with a file manager.

P.S. There is an Indiegogo campaign for "archive.vg":

I can't claim it'd be easy or even possible, but this menu thingy, while nice looking, would only be useful to me if you can quit the game/emu directly back into the menu system.
