in the config where you set your emulator and directory, you can press the U button (there should be a prompt there) and it will let you run a fetch to go get the covers and descriptions. If you take a look at the faq question about what the fetching options mean, it will explain what each of them do.

Thats what I thought by looking at various YouTube videos however, the prompts are missing from mine and pressing U does nothing. (See image from youtube video)
