Could this popup with an install option when you finish downloading an apk from the browser? Currently ESfile explorer can and it's really useful for speeding up sideloading.

Sorry you have to keep hearing comparisons to it lol, but it is your main competitor
I'm amazing, you probably just haven't realized it yet.

Good idea. It might not take much more than setting up the intent filters properly.

I don't really view myself in competition with anyone. My original philosophy for this app was that it would be a "bootstrapper" to make it easy to install another, more sophisticated file manager like ES or Astro LOL. Just something so that people can quickly start side-loading apps within minutes of plugging in their brand-new OUYA, instead of shouting WTF! like I did

But since I've gotten a lot of positive feedback and suggestions, I'll probably sink a little more time into it to pick off some low-hanging fruit like zip extraction and LAN file access... Long term though FilePwn will never be a complete replacement for the big boys. Just something that gives you 80% of the functionality with minimal pain.

Saw it today and immediately downloaded. Really nice app, very simple (which I like) but I found it lacking some good features. I came here to ask for them in the future, but in your nice first-post list all of them have been asked before so… yeah… keep the great work!

Many thanks for this great app

PS. Just a quick idea I don't know if this has been suggested before, but seeing the file size _directly_ in the right side of each file would be awesome! No need to go and open a properties list or something
