It's in the Sandbox section at the bottom of the Discover screen. Probably all the way to the right. Or from the Discover screen you can press the Y button and type in the name.

Brand new to Ouya (and FilePwn)
Im struggling with making hidden files visible in FilePwn
Can I get simple to follow instructions on making files and directories visible?

Just press the Y button to open the menu. Press the d-pad down until you get to the bottom of the menu, then select "Preferences". Then use the d-pad to select "Show hidden files and folders" and press the O button to enable.
