Suggestions to date:

... support for unzipping archives?

... the ability to set hot-key directories. Set L2 to USBDrive, click L2 and you're redirected there.

... in the Menu (pressing Y), have an option called Add to Favourites. Then as suggested, press the L Stick or something, this then comes up with the favourites menu.

... have these extra options, Move to..., Copy to...and when one of those 2 is selected, it comes up with the list of your favourite locations.

Can this unistall apps?

Add Samba support

popup with an install option when you finish downloading an apk from the browser

support root access if my Ouya is rooted

install more than one app at at time... asking once if you wish to install all

Dropbox integration would rock too.

Oh and the ability to scroll when you hold the analog stick lol. The Dpad will scroll but the stick only goes on move at a time.

I would love to see smb. And an exit option and hot keys to jump between usbdrive and sdcard locations.

A quick scroll feature, i.e pressing right on the dpad to scroll faster down folders with hundreds of files.

Great stuff. Something like this was long overdue. I do have a question though. Any chance of adding support for unzipping archives? That is the only thing keeping this working alongside Astro File Manager and not REPLACING it.

Great suggestions, keep them coming! I wanted to get the basic functionality out there ASAP, then start enhancing it based on user feedback. File management seemed to be such a glaring omission for OUYA.

Heres a suggestion built on the suggestions above, in the Menu (pressing Y), have an option called Add to Favourites

Also when you select some files, and then click the Menu (Y Button), have these extra options, Move to..., Copy to...
and when one of those 2 is selected, it comes up with the list of your favourite locations. I think this method works well as most of the time people will be copying ROMS and various other files to roughly the same locations.

Love the app. I would like to have an option to see file properties. Especially file size.

Edit: By properties, to you mean the linux read/write/execute attributes, or something else?
