If you have any other bluetooth devices attached - 360 controller / keyboard / ps2 try removing them
Try unpairing and repairing the Ouya controller
Try using the controller without the 2 faceplates on incase its catching anywhere
If all else fails try a factory reset of the ouya just incase its a device driver issue.
