I'd be happier if we had a way to actually contact the developers so we could make suggestions about it. I have the controls issue, you have the issue on getting kicked back to the dashboard. These kinds of things need to be addressed and they can't address them in an update if they don't know about them. It's the same with the damn SWAT game. Those guys just don't care because they just don't get back to anyone who sends them messages.

This looks like it could be a great game, but it needs work. For starters, without the ability to invert the y-axis, it's just unplayable for me. There are some other problems, but this is the big one. I would love this game otherwise.

It seems to have a console command input when you press the tilde key, but some keys are not being recognised, so you can't type in any commands.

I still want to see if I can replace the data files in this with actual bloods game files to see it it will work

Well I guess not, this is in fact using the quake engine, looked up the folders and its actually called transfusion http://www.transfusion-game.com/faq.php

Transfusion is a attempt to recreate blood, I was wondering why everything was in 3d and not sprites. One thing that was sort of tipping me off that it used the quake engine was its score board (seen it in just about every other homebrew game that used the quake engine (like that halo solitude homebrew for PSP, and a few others).

Now se, you have one guy that wants to invert the "Y" axis. I feel your pain man. I'd love to set the sticks to Southpaw and I still haven't heard anything back from OUYA the company about how to reach the developers. Very sad indeed. For crying out loud, why is it that so many FPS games don't allow you to set your own controls though? Very sad as it should be a standard. I want to play the game the way I am comfortable playing it, not the way you make me play it. BAH!

Is that what Southpaw means? I've kind of thought that might be what it means, but I wasn't too sure. That's how I got used to first-person games since I was a kid, and I've actually tried changing (like when Silent Hill Homecoming didn't give the option), but I just can't get used to it.

Glad to know that I'm not the only one. I would probably play this game a lot if I had that option.

No, Southpaw is when you use the right analog stick for moving forward/Back/Left Strafe/Right Strafe and the left stick to look around. You want Y Flipped controls. More like flying a plane, push down to look up and up to look down. Not really my style, but that's okay because they got people used to it, especially on the Nintendo 64 system and then all of a sudden changed it on everyone. Just really sad to be honest. That's why developers that make FPS games need to allow us users to set the controls the way we like them, not some preset style we can't change. It's sad really. You'd figure that after all this time, things would be better off for gaming controls, but there are even groups like Bethisda that won't let you change the sticks either. A big reason I have never been able to play any of the Elder Scrolls games, sadly. Same with Bio Shock as well. It's also a big reason why I generally like the id software titles, they allow you to put the controls to what you prefer, not what whoever made the game thinks they should be as default and no changing. Valve is the same, set the controls the way you like. I just don't see the reason for the restrictions.

Just so everyone knows, they updated the game today. Too bad the update actually seems to make the game play much worse. It does all kinds of really weird things to the frame rate and the textures on the walls and such are unstable now.
