What emulator did you use?
Try Dosbox Turbo
Installed it works flawless =)
I use a bluetooth keyboard though!
And I have no idea what to do in that game ^^
Could you get the controller working somehow with those games? for example shooters Duke3D/Doom/Blood etc'?
Well Dosbox supports Joysticks and Controller in Windows.
Haven't tried it yet.
I'll try it later on.
Edit:
Okay I played around with dosbox and it supports the ouya controller.
As for Doom it is a bit more complicated because the keys aren't mapped to the controller.
You can move arround but I'll see how you can map your keys.
I think in the default.cfg in the doom folder.

I've a USB Hub, with a mouse and a keyboard attached on it. It works really well on dosbox Turbo, I've tested network q rack rally, fire & forget II, stunts, doom and terminal velocity!! I suggest to create a new post about Dosbox and different configurations to test our old games.
I'm using dosbox manager with dosbox turbo and haven't had trouble installing any games yet and haven't had problems getting the Ouya pad, PS3 or Logitech working for all the games so far. Just need to use a keyboard a bit to find out what keys to what and then map them to the controller with each games own profiler in dosbox manager
It's open source and GPLed - I imagine anyone with the skill and motivation should be able to create an Ouya port.
So who wants to do it? =)
I'm very interested in this. I loaded up "Covert Action" (on of the best Sid games, ever!) and LucasArts 'The Dig' (best point and click adventure game.) I could get Covert to play pretty well, using only the keyboard (usb hub with mouse / key combo.) I'm concerned that the performance of it isn't all that great, but it was def. playable. Is there a way to scale the CPU CYCLES up and down, like you can (using CTRL-F12 on the PC version)? I tired with the Ouya, but it didn't seem to do anything. The Ouya controller worked... some... but it appears that I was getting a lot of drift out of it. I'd like to try to and see if the PS3 controller works at all.
I had read somewhere that an Ouya version of this was coming out, but I can't find any more information on it. Is that still the plan, or was support for Ouya dropped? (Or, does anyone even know....?)
