OnLive has had its share of issues in the past (Just read their Wikipedia page for a history). They have been around since about 2010 and have only now increased the streaming quality of their games to 12 Mbps the last time I checked. I get about 12-15 on my OUYA over wireless. Not an issue. Sometimes I like to watch groups play Borderlands in the Arena. Sometimes I like to play The Witcher 2 on my OUYA.

Still have 3 of them (Drift and both Oceans). Loved them, too, when it was an actual thing. I've always been a big fan of "the underdog", and they were treated me decently as a customer.

Then you missed the point when Onlive had a deal with Square enix to put in coupons with hard copies of the game giving users access to the same game on Onlive... Deus Ex: Human Evolution. A means to promote their service. In response to that, gamestop opened copies of the game to remove the coupon or simply moved the games to the backroom to be returned. Thereby acknowledging onlive as a potential competitons even if it's as small as "Fred's Used Games" as you put it. Competition is competion, kinda like what Ouya represents. ironic.

I don't know, I've always been excited for Ouya and what they represent, I figured we'd get the same since both are kinda "underdogs" in the gaming world representing alternatives to Xbox, Nintendo, Sony monopoly for the Ouya, and Onlive allowing for more gamers without actual gaming rigs to access high level gaming. But that's just me. I figured that's why Ed moved us here... I might be wrong.

They have targeted OnLive as the biggest threat to their business model since the MASSIVE COUPON SCANDAL and have been readying for battle ever since.

Free demos. You’re free to try any game you want from the Ouya store, which is a godsend for the console because lag on certain games would be unforgivable if you only found out after payment.

Clearly you haven't "tried" playing OnLive. There is no lag for FSP player fans like me. 2nd it's Free to try. 2014 is a long way off so download the app pc/mac/ipad watch others play in Arena, you can even chat with them and ask While they play if they like the experience. OnLive is cooler than you think. Don't get manipulated and played by the Pr campaigns to shape your attitude about things you have heard about 2nd hand and never tried.
