MAME4droid Reloaded 1.3.5
Says many usb/bluetooth devices... might work for the OuyaMAME4droid Reloaded 1.3.5 Released!
Changelog:
Added NVIDIA Shield support. Added Plug and play detection of many USB / Bluetooth gamepads. Added ICS full game controller support (multiple controllers, analog input and dual stick) for detected gamepads. Added hiscores saving (MKChamp patch). Added switch to force refresh rate for smoother gameplay in some games. Added autofire. Fixed some anonymous timers on SEGA and CAVE drivers to fix save states problems (AWJ patch). Added favorites. Added option to delete games in ROM manager. Added Vector defaults options. Added Emulation speed selector. Added auto selection for 1-6 buttons & 2-8 ways stick. Improved ROM manager. New full screen portrait mode. Improved tilt sensor accuracy, now with up/down. A lot of bug fixes.
I recommend to take a look to the improved tilt sensor. It has more accuracy now, since it uses the virtual gravity sensor instead the accelerometer with a low pass filter to get the gravity. It has a better filter and maybe uses the gyro too. Also it is reading the z axis now as up/down. Some classics are very enjoyables to play on tablets or phones with the tilt sensor and autofired enabled. For example, StartWars or enduro racer... Also all light gun games are funny to play with.

1.3.5 works great, I haven't tried 1.4 yet. Thanks for the post, I didn't realize that version was released today!
Unfortunately still isn't handling multiple Ouya controllers yet. I'm not sure if the guy ever got an Ouya to use to do development with.
Side loaded Mame 139 -1.2.3 works perfect. Have the full Mame rom set and every game works exactly as any Mame rom list reads.
yes but an official release would be nice. i don't know if it's going to happen though. someone's got to port mame. i don't see why this isn't happening if we have all these expert coders for android here.
Ouya is still tiny. Between all of iOS and all of Android only one guy ported Mame, and it's the guy who's done the Ouya changes so far.
Mame for Android is kinda dodgy anyway. It uses an older romset, so you won't be playing a lot of your favorites with it, and said romset is all but impossible to track down.
Ouya isn't missing out, believe me.
What are you talking about!? It plays thousands of arcade classics, all the best games from the 70s,80s and upto mid 90s...all the newer romsets add is more obscure games and games that the Ouya couldn't run well anyway...don't listen to this guy this version is the best for lower end systems.
Get me footage of Android mame running GIJOE, Mortal Kombat II, and Marvel vs Capcom, and I'll gladly take back what I said.
