DIY More USB ports for Ouya.

Soldered this usb hub to my ouya, works great. Attaching micro sd support and a custom case made from acrylic plastic to go with this, will post more updates very soon.

    these are the soldering points.

I noticed whenever you plug things into the Ouya they need to be plugged in before its turned on, I have plugged in a mouse, keyboard, and a micro sd usb adapter (with 8GB card) and they all work

I am also building this into a case, so it will be an all in one instead of having extras hanging out, keeping the unit easily portable.

I would way rather use a powered hub, I am using a usb powered hard drive and it works fine.

Are you saying that there is an unused USB port on the board or are you simply connecting these wires to the existing external port?
An unused USB port would be super cool, but your post isn't clear.

The ground can be any colour, most manufacturers are different, Its the same in Car audio. That's why they urge you to read the manual when installing a new cd player etc.
