    SHADOWGUN - Madfinger Games

This thread is for the discussion of SHADOWGUN. (note to developer - send me a private message if you would like to edit this thread)

The year is 2350, and corrupt intergalactic corporations are the rule of law, hiring bounty hunters and mercs to do their bidding. The best of the best are known as SHADOWGUNS.SHADOWGUN puts you into the role of John Slade, the galaxy’s most infamous bounty hunter. Your mission: hunt down Dr. Edgar Simon, maniacal genius and leader of his own mutant army. Infiltrate Dr. Simon’s mountain fortress and fight his personal guard of cyborgs, battle droids, and genetically-enhanced humanoids. Using state-of-the-art weaponry, ships, and the assistance of S.A.R.A.—Slade’s personal android assistant—SHADOWGUN combines intense tactical combat with 3rd person action.

Madfinger Games truly outdid themselves on ramping up the standard for Indie shooter games. I played the demo on all three levels and still have not yet found the first collectible! I'd recommend downloading this to anyone in a heartbeat.

    Should've brought Deadzone too.

You would think the ouya people would tell them to use console quality grabs then ones with touch buttons all over it, but the game looks the same outside of no water and cloth physics on flags, at least the lighting and textures are good.

Yeah some member said it is a high quality version without a little extra stuff. I do not miss the Water, but the sideloaded version worked extremely smooth with water, too!

Enjoyed what I've played of this so far. Can't believe it's so cheap to.

1080p Gameplay Footage of Shadowgun on the Ouya.
Keep in mind, it's NOT the Tegra 3 Enhanced version, but the only it still looks great and is an awesome value for $4.99. Props to Madfinger for keeping the OUYA price the same as the Mobile version's price.

But why is it not the Tegra 3 enhanced version?

OUYA has the most advanced Tegra 3 chipset (T33) inside. Why should it not play games that support its extra power and features?

I'm certainly not paying for a gimped version, especially when (as someone's already noted) you can sideload the real Tegra 3 version on it.
