If your internet connection dies while you're downloading an OUYA game/app, the temporary download file is often not removed from the system. This guide will show you how to remove the phantom download file so that it is no longer taking up precious storage space on your OUYA:

1. Make sure nothing is currently downloading. You don't want to accidentally delete / corrupt anything that is currently downloading by accident

2. Go to Manage -> System -> Advanced

3. Scroll down and select "Storage"

4. Scroll down and select "Misc". You should see a list of half-finished apps/games downloads. Things like "com.mobula.imechonline.apk". You can usually work out which games they come from by the name. You can double check the size of the file against the size of the game on the store to be certain it is a half-finished / failed download. You can safely delete the .apk file of any game already downloaded and installed, since the .apk file is just needed for installing

5. Use the touchpad pointer to select the files you want to delete. Move the pointer over the small check/tick box on the left and tap the touchpad to select. The touchpad isn't great, so it may take a couple of goes.

6. A menu bar should appear across the top of the screen. Again, use the touchpad pointer to tap the garbage can icon on the right hand side

The files you selected should now be deleted. Remember, some apps/games use the storage card for other things, so not all files can necessarily be classed as rubbish and deleted.

It may also be worth sideloading a file manager type app to help you better manage the storage space on your OUYA. For more information on sideloading, see one the sideloading guides in this forum
