D-pad doesn't work, dev is working on it, in the meantime use the analog stick and you should be good.

The last Ouya update seems to have broke a lot of stuff. The Ouya guys are already look into it..

is this being worked on? Does the game work for anybody? Since the last firmware update I cannot get past the games menu, I'm very sad I can't play this currently. I begrudgingly tried reinstalling it (didn't want to lose my stats) but it still didn't work.

Go into the advanced settings and unpair any non-OUYA bluetooth controllers that you may have paired. Even if they aren't powered on and connected at the time, remove them anyway. Also unplug any other non-standard input methods (e.g. keyboard, mouse, etc.).

Does Super Crate Box work now?

P.S. In case you were curious, you were Kickstarter backer number 5 for OUYA. Thank you for believing.

Yes! Thank you very much, I un-paired my PS3 controllers and it works now. I am pleased. Thanks again!

I just wish I could disable the jumping constantly when holding the jump button down. I would rather press jump each time I wanted to jump. The automatic fire by holding the button down is nice...constant jumping, not so much.

The broken d pad controls threw me at first. I thought it was that way on purpose to make it harder

Now that I know the analog stick works it's much easier to play...but still freaking hard! This thing is horribly addictive. I can't get past the first level (7 crates is my max so far) but I can't stop playing either. Let me co-worker try it over the weekend and he was begging me to take the controller from his hand because he couldn't get past 4 crates and couldn't put it down

Super addictive fun little game...but so freaking hard.

This is great news. Loved SCB on my Playstation Vita, so glad to have another great OUYA game to play.
IIRC my record on the Vita is 46 crates. Game is damn hard but so much fun. Set myself up a calendar reminder to download it as soon as I get home from work today.

Oh man I remember wasting HOURS on this game when it first came out. Definitely going to add this to my OUYA library when I get one.

This game would be so much more fun if the controls worked worth a damn. Using analog or d-pad...just not smooth at all. Jumps maybe 75% of the time when I press the button while moving. Also, what's the point of jumping over and over when holding down jump? That doesn't help at all.
