Funny tracking information

Heya. I Backed on Kickstarter on the 2nd August 2012. (Special Edition) "Estimated Delivery: March 2013"... Ok. No jokes this time
I also bought another Ouya by Pre-Order on the end of January 2013

And guess what: If the tracking information is right, my pre-order-console will arrive BEFORE my backed console

This is not a complaint as I am happy to finally play no matter which of those consoles arrives first. Just seems a bit weird to me.

BTW: Are the Pre-Order-Gamepads already different from the kickstarter-versions?

Some of the controllers that arrived late are supposedly the new version.
I don't know exactly when the change happened, but seeing as you haven't received any of yours yet, you'll probably get the new controllers
