Set Ouya to 1080p 50Hz? Possible?

Hi guys,

is it possible to set the OUYA to output the picture in 50Hz? I'd like to play all my european (PAL) Roms with smooth scrolling, which is not possible with 60Hz.

HDMI has no concept of region (NTSC vs. PAL). As for changing the refresh rate, I don't believe that is possible with OUYA.

isn't the tegra capable of running 50 Hz through hdmi? Can't find anything.
