Advanced open-source Neogeo Pocket Color emulator based on Neopop. No ROMs are included with this app and must be supplied by the user. A number of public domain games/demos are available at www.pdroms.de. Load ROM files located on your internal or external USB storage using the in-app file browser (.ngp, .ngc, & .zip formats).
Neo.emu is for full neogeo ?!

The NeoGeo Pocket is a handheld, it isn't a NeoGeo and won't play any of those games. You need NGPC ROMs.
Back in the day you had the choice between this, the GameBoy line, the GameGear, the TurboExpress, and the Atari Lynx amongst other things that were around. I chose this and never regretted it.
