Eddie: When are you ending the voting period?

Riot.
hibajubabusasaurs cause this message was tooooooo short.
Translation: I'm waiting for the moderators we currently have to not get back to me so I can demote them. I'll promote you guys including BronerGames to administrator when that happens. Estimated time is unknown but will be prior to the OUYA's retail launch.

I have no objection to anyone who has been (seriously) suggested. I'd also like to mention Arcticdog again, since his name only came up once... Although he might have already declined during the last round of promotions... I don't really remember what other names were on the PMed offer.

I'm touched!
I appreciate the recommendations, but for now I will not be able to moderate. Too many other obligations, and I have a *cough* intimidating presence already. Putting on the moderator badge would just put Eddie's job in jeopardy.
That said, I think Rioting would make a good moderator upgrade from "Forum Helper". She's here frequently, and she's almost always diplomatic contributor. I've also noticed that she's been able to calm more than a couple of confrontational situations between posters. If you can do that without the threat or power to ban someone, there's something to be said about that.
That is very true! It's mostly, and sadly, overlooked. Many times I feel the most valued quality in a mod isn't the ability to spot where to step in, but how to step in.
I have not spent enough time here to make a properly informed suggestion but I do like most of what I see from RiotingSpectre. But since she is refusing in favor of her own votes I guess it doesn't matter.
