If you can do that without the threat or power to ban someone, there's something to be said about that.

That is very true! It's mostly, and sadly, overlooked. Many times I feel the most valued quality in a mod isn't the ability to spot where to step in, but how to step in.

I have not spent enough time here to make a properly informed suggestion but I do like most of what I see from RiotingSpectre. But since she is refusing in favor of her own votes I guess it doesn't matter.
