Every other forum I'm part , big or small , has one. As far as I'm aware , you only need to define a couple simple rules and also note a disclaimer.
This was discussed with the staff and the conclusion was that it was simply easier to completely stay out of trouble by not allowing a trading section at all.

As for the rules:
- Do not double post. Edit your last post.
- Show respect for all moderators at all times, their actions are not up for discussion. (taking into consideration the latest few weeks rumbling, I believe something like this would be in its place).
