i don't think the ones who sell those cards will have much profit off those

When I worked at Best Buy, selling cards like these was actually mostly profit. I'm not sure exactly how it worked, but selling one would count as a service/subscription. Similar to a Geek Squad service, home theater install, Best Buy Mobile activation etc. We were always being pushed to attach Xbox Live/PSN cards. Especially when things like the PSPgo came around.

Having said that, not sure if this will be the case with OUYA since they're a small startup.

Hey guys didn't know if you guys knew this or not but target has OUYA prepaid cards for release at launch of the OUYA! The cards cost $25 and I have yet to see any above or below that cost. I'll post a link and photos here:

I am sending my ouya to Pakistan to my nephew..
So prepaid visa from Walmart or something should work right ??
i dont want to put my credit card in their..Because if my nephew went on a buying spree it would create problems..

Where you buy an iTunes style gift card with a code on it you can scratch off and enter onto the OUYA store to give you credit for buying games.

^ True, but the only thing about buying those cards that is that you're taking money that's good everywhere and making it only good on the OUYA store, lol
