The verdict of the video and the article is something like "it's an interesting console, but at the moment there are not that many cool games and the graphics look a bit dated, but let's see what the future will bring". Unfortunately, while the video does not, the article also kind of states the "play phone games on a TV"-thing. But overall, it's an okay presentation. Not completely bashing but also not completely glorifying

Okay, my love of the German people aside. Now they're being hasty? The OUYA isn't released so don't expect much games, it isn't about graphics as is anything, and it certainly isn't a phone on a big-screen. Well that last one might be it, but that's not the OUYA's fault but the dumbass developers just cashing in for a quick buck. Out of all of that post of yours zeha; all I can say is...

Yeah, it brings a sense of acknowledgement to the table doesn't it? Even if it isn't the best review in the world, I guess we can take solace in the fact that it might lead customers to (at the very least) study the OUYA to see if it's for them.

Good evening, this is germany calling.. or.. posting... whatever.

So, just to put this into perspective: BILD.de (including "Computer Bild" and "Computer Bild Spiele" - and basically the whole "Axel Springer Verlag" (their "publisher" for that matter) are the single worst source to get news and opinions from. They are known for doing technically anything they can just to get views. No matter wether their opinion is justified or not, they will either go "OUYA: THE BIG GAMING REVOLUTION EVERYONE, INCLUDING YOUR 80 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER, HAS TO BUY! ITS THE NEW THING FOR EVERYONE! or "OUYA: THE BIGGEST SCAM IN HISTORY! RUNS BAD PHONE-GAME-THINGIES IN HD WITH A FRAMRATE OF 5/FPS! LOOK AT THOSE KICKSTARTER-IDIOTS WHO BOUGHT THIS! NEVER KICKSTART ANYTHING".
So yeah, they won't spend much time on looking at the OUYA. They will just think about a big headline to slam on it and get as much pageviews (and ad-revenue) as possible.

I'm actually pretty surprised their "review" (or "hand on") was that... "Mediocre". Seems like they want to wait a bit so they can see wether they should just bash the sh*t out of it or praise it like it's gaming-valhalla.
