Some of us backers are yet to receive anything either.
Update 6/5/13: It appears as though OUYA has started shipping Pre-February 5th pre-orders.
Ok, according to the OUYA's kickstarter updates as of May 27th, all kickstarter backers' consoles are supposedly on their way. And yes, I know there's a lot of skepticism about that claim but at least we know there's been a steady stream of backers who've received their shipment emails. In contrast, we're less than 30 days from the console's launch date without a single confirmed instance of a pre-order shipment email. That's why I started this thread. It's for anyone who pre-ordered a console to post when they receive their shipment notification. I figured that the info gathered from this thread could at least somewhat indicate whether or not pre-orders will make it to buyers before launch. As of right now, it's definitely looking like at the very least some of the pre-orders won't make it in time for launch which would be pretty shameful on the part of OUYA, inc, but we'll see...
Also, if you have any anecdotal evidence of pre-orders shipping out then feel free to post that here as well. If it's a friend you know, perhaps you can have them forward the email to Eddie for verification...but of course only if they want to.
I look forward to reading the responses.
Thanks,
Loey
*UPDATE 6/8/13* I've just received my "#myouyaiscoming" email!

I pre-ordered back in February and haven't heard a single thing since. It's stunning these companies can't even send an email to let you know you haven't been forgotten.
HOWEVER -- some perspective for all of you.
Google sold their Nexus 4 Android phone via their website. Here's how their launch went down:
- No pre-orders. Instead you signed up to be notified when the launch would occur. Guess what ----
- No email to ANYONE who signed up to be "notified" when the product was going to launch
- No communication on when the orders would actually begin! Would it be Midnight EST? Midnight PST? 9AM PST???? Nope, 8:30AM PST or thereabouts . Some people on the East Coast stayed up until 3AM Monday. Hoping...
- Google website *completely* unable to handle the traffic. CRASHING.
- Out of stock within minutes
- 2-day shipping that didn't start until four days later, possibly translating into 6-day shipping AND guaranteeing most everyone will need to wait *through* the weekend
- For the rest, they took two days to *calculate* that they didn't have enough stock to ship what they had fought to order through their crashing website. Putting those people on a 3-week backorder
- No update on the Google Wallet/Play shipping status for all those who got "backordered". Once again, providing no definitive feedback -- similar to suffering through airline delays and waiting in the doctor's office.
- Stated up front that no one's credit card would be charged until shipment, then charged everyone's credit card immediately, including those backordered/miscalculated
This was GOOGLE. A company we think of as THE INTERNET.
So to summarize:
No notification in advance. No notification during. No notification afterward. Website crashing through the whole thing.
Yes, it's not an excuse for Ouya, but just an example that they (as a startup) are not completely alone in completely screwing up simple customer communication. Google's done it worse.

Google is famous for (complete lack of) support, at least among developers.
I'm quite certain that you won't hear anything before all Kickstarter Backers have received their e-mails.
I'm a KS backer, and I am yet to receive any sort of e-mail (the last one I got was from back in 2012 when they confirmed my username).
I'll let you know whenever I receive my mail. It should work just fine as an indicator, as it seems I'm one of the last backers to receive a mail of any sorts.
Well I guess the major difference is that we actually paid already, so we really do deserve at least something. If it weren't for this forum and various other blogs and articles on the net then I would have no idea what was going on.
Also, In response to Hivetyrant, I'm not saying that we should get ours before any of the kickstarter backers, I'm just saying we deserved to be notified and updated regularly like they are. Launch day is on the 25th next month and I highly doubt all the pre-orders will make it before then and perhaps maybe even some of the kickstarter backers won't either. That would be a COLOSSAL fail of epic proportions. We are the first critical supporters that put them in business in the first place and this is how we're re-paid? That isn't right.

("... we are only robots, you can't count on us")Welcome to the OUYA family!
This confirms that we have received your Pre-Order successfully. Your order will be shipped to the address provided in April, 2013.
We will keep you posted on the details of your order, but feel free to stop by the website anytime. We will be updating it with launch news, inside-peeks at some of the great free games under development, and much more.
Please do not reply, as this is an automated email.
XD
Waiting for it.
No more mail from OUYA after that.

I guess they must have implemented an auto email sometime after I purchased mine back in October last year because I didn't receive anything. But at least it's good to learn they took steps to fix that oversight though It's still inexcusable that it wasn't there in the first place.

I preordered in early october (shortly after the ouya.tv pre-orders went live) and i live in germany. I'll let you know once i hear anything from my console.
By the way: Is it just me or does this one-week delay seem like they are trying to produce alle the pre-Feb 5th console in one week (plus / minus a few day) and then ship all of them at the same time?
