06.11.2013 - One of the MPS (that really never solved anything) asked to verify my address which I wholeheartedly provided. I believe others received this email as well.
06.14.2013 - The so-called MPS verified my shipping address
    06.15.2013 - Received the #myouyaiscoming email
06.17.2013 - Received the Your OUYA is on the move email, with tracking number
06.29.2013 - Tracking number finally worked - status is Received and Dispatched 06.28.2013
07.02.2013 - Since then the status never moved. I guess my OUYA is taking a stroll in downtown HK.

Considering how near Hongkong is from the Philippines, I can't seem to understand why my shipment hasn't been delivered yet. I already sent them a fiery follow-up email which I believe, they will never reply because that is how they provide support to their customers.
Update for my shipment: I was trying to hunt my unit since June 29 and I tried calling DHL a couple of times. Then today, I tried tracking the numbers in our country's post office website. Surprise, surprise!

DATE & TIME STATUS OF YOUR ITEM COUNTRY
6/29/2013 Posting of item HONG KONG
6/30/2013 Dispatch to country of destination HONG KONG
7/2/2013 Prepare dispatch to destination country HONG KONG
7/3/2013 Receive at country of destination PHILIPPINES
7/3/2013 Turn-over item to next office PHILIPPINES

It looks like my item will not pass through customs because I also have a similar shipment from Japan via EMS>PhilPost about a week ago and the 5th status is "Item for Customs examination" and not "Turn-over item to next office" like this one. DHL confirmed that this may pass through a local courier office or via PhilPost itself and not via DHL Philippines. No wonder why DHL is late or does not update its shipment status ever. It is being handled by your country's local or private courier after it leaves Hong Kong.

    Hi Everyone

I ordered my Ouya in November 2012, did like the idea of an alternative gaming console and also a xmbc little server.
I send my first email asking for info about my shipment in June, the reply was an autoemail containing links for those pre order before feb and those after, I send a second email just asking for status and since then absolutely nothing, a new ticket was also raised on ouya support side with no reply.

Now, I do work for a manufacturer of electronics, regardless of the size of the manufacturer I have always received reply or got a friendly contact to deal with my requests, via email, phone, or simply Country service management office, in this case ouya don't have any of those and from what it looks is just a small organization trying to maximize profit as any sony, microsoft, toshibar or sharp enterprise. If they wish to play with the big boys they should get the minimal tools to assure customer satisfaction, a satisfaction that is long time gone after getting the money from my card last year and not able to reply to a simple question, were or when i will be getting the item i payd for.

    Preordered before Christmas.

6-19 - received email saying my address incorrect/bad; fixed that morning.
    6-20 - received #myouyaiscoming email
6-21 - received "Your OUYA is on the move" email

I don't recall exactly when tracking # started working - I think around July 2/3rd.

Today via USPS tracking it shows my OUYA has landed at my local post office. Should be be delivered today.

I bought one on Launch day @ a local GameStop, so I'm mainly anxious to now have a 2nd controller.. I'll have a 3rd controller as soon as OUYA sees fit to send my extra controller.

On a side note, I am enjoying the OUYA (when I actually get time to play it). My 6 & 7 year old boys like it too. Lots of fun and Plex seems to work well too.

Last update. I called the Main Post Office and told me that the package has been shipped to our City's Main Post Office which is luckily, a 10-min walk from my office. I called them and verified that my Ouya is sitting there since July 4. I rushed to the post office, paid the duties and taxes (around $23) and after 20-mins, went back to the office. As of writing I haven't opened the package yet.

That ends the journey of my December pre-order. I just hope that this thing works as it should be nevertheless, I do hope that all backers and pre-orders receive theirs as soon as possible

Update: Pre-order unit seems to be the unit between the backer and final product.

3 weeks after it shipped my OUYA is out for delivery. It spent 2 weeks who knows where and then finally landed in California where it sat for a week and then to Denver and back to Salt Lake City. I almost could have applied for a passport and flown to China in the time it took to get here.
