I hope multiview finally does come out, it has been in beta for quite a while. Ubisoft always seemed to have a good relationship with OnLive and until the meltdown seemed to throw OnLive a decent amount of support. There were really 7 big publishers that threw OnLive a decent amount of support:

Warner Bros. - One of the initial investors for OnLive. Unfortunately all their games were pulled soon after the meltdown. It's not a good sign that they haven't returned either.

Ubisoft - We haven't had a release from them for a while but their games are still on OnLive so hopefully they're on good terms.

THQ - RIP. Unfortunate as they had some great titles and were probably OnLive's biggest supporter.

Square-Enix - Pretty much the same as Ubisoft. Their games are still on the service and Sleeping Dogs actually came out after the meltdown although at that time I'm sure it was pretty much finished anyway.

T2 Interactive - We saw quite a few titles from them (the 2K series, Borderlands, The Darkness II, etc.) so hopefully they've mantained good relations. Once again all of their games are still on the service

Codemasters - The last release from them was Operation Flashpoint: Red River however they haven't released much on PC since then (just 2 games, F1 Race Stars and DiRT Showdown). GRID 2 is their next big release and I would love to see it on OnLive. All of their games are still on the service.

SEGA - We haven't seen much from them other than the Sega Dreamcast Pack and the Genesis Classics. They were supposedly working on Alien: Colonial Marines although I'm pretty sure that was scrapped (the Wii U version was also scrapped). In addition they announced an "exclusive partnership" with Nintendo so I'm unsure if that leaves any room for a small company like OnLive. Most of their games (I think Virtua Tennis was removed a long time ago due to licensing issues) are still on the service though.

GTA 5 hasn't even been announced for PC, so there is absolutely no way it's coming to OnLive.

DonnieT's appraisal of publisher relationships is spot on, but I want to add a few things:

    1. Codemasters announced that they are no longer interested in OnLive, so I wouldn't hold my breath. Forgive me for neglecting to provide a reference, as the forum post from OnLiveFans is now inaccessible.
    2. Ubisoft hasn't released a game on OnLive since 2011. The last DLC for Assassin's Creed: Revelations was promised in early 2012, but never materialized and Assassin's Creed III was teased, but obviously never game. This occurred before the the pseudo-bankruptcy in August 2012, so it may have been a product of the bankruptcy, or it may be unrelated.
    3. It's a real shame that Square Enix hasn't had a working relationship since Sleeping Dogs, since both Hitman and Tomb Raider would have made fantastic additions to the service. I can tell that there is no traction in the relationship because there is Sleeping Dogs content on OnLive that is exclusive to North America and other content that is exclusive to Europe. That content has since become available for sale on Steam for both continents, but it hasn't made the transatlantic jump for OnLive. Keep in mind that this requires zero technical work; it is simply a matter of a representative from Square Enix nodding his or her head at the idea.

Great points! That's a shame that Codemasters lost interest (although I can't blame them, they themselves are not a huge publisher/developer). While I would of loved to play GRID 2 on OnLive I don't think it would have done much to expand it's user base anyway. I'm hoping the lack of updated content from publishers is due to that the new contracts probably had to be reworked from the ground up (OnLive transitioned into a "new" company so I'm sure the previous contracts didn't carry over). Maybe some publishers opted to be out completely (hence why games from Warner Bros. and Deep Silver disappeared rather quickly) while some opted to stay in and renegotiate these new contracts (Ubisoft, Square-Enix, etc). I know it's a lot to hope for but maybe we'll see something to liven up the service at E3.
