OUYA DHL Tracking Numbers are Really USPS?

I am hearing rumors that the DHL tracking numbers that OUYA is giving us are really USPS tracking numbers, which can be tracked at:
    https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfi...n!input.action

However, it appears as though the packages originate from DHL but are then handed off to USPS, so the tracking number won't work until the exchange between DHL and USPS takes place.

    Can anyone confirm this?

    That is true

After multiple emails back & fourth I can confirm that is true. It's is shipped DHL Hongkong from china, then handed to USPS state side. The tracking # is only good for USPS & only once its state side. My OUYA arrived via USPS yesterday. It's a great little box with LOTS of potential & the controller is the nicest controller I have ever put my hands on Xbox360, PS3 you name it, truly its very well built. I don't know what some of thoses people & their reviews are smoking. The market does need work, & it needs Netflix & HBO Go BAD!!! But they'll get their & the games they do have the ones I've tried look great & are a ton of fun. People's reviews had me scared, but I was happily surprised of actuly very nice. & really I can say enough about the controller its stellar, absolutely remarkable.

Yes, the DHL/USPS pairing has been confirmed, however, your tracking number may never update since the USPS is notoriously slow when it comes to updating their tracking information.

If it updates, be happy. If not, know that you'll have your OUYA about 10 days after you get the "tracking" number.

Confirmed. The DHL site nor the USPS site ever updated with any valid tracking info. I got my OUYA exactly 10 days after I got my confirmation email .

Are the tracking numbers long (like 15 digits) or short (around 7-8 digits)? USPS uses very long numbers, whereas DHL uses very short.

Also, do you need to sign for this in person?

Im getting kinda worried about my order/tracking number. got my information on the 22nd of last month. my expected delivery was yesterday, but nothing came. ill give it a few more days, but it seems the tracking is useless now since it hasnt updated since the 25.

Ah, good ol USPS. I wouldn't wait. If the estimated delivery was yesterday and it hasn't been updated, it wouldn't hurt to check in.
