[edit] I just went back and watched the YouTube video 3 times. I can't believe how polished this is. This looks very professional, extremely well done. A lot of developers could learn from you. I think we all could. Very well done, I'm excited to play it!!

Yessir! ..just go under Settings->Controllers->Configure Gamepad in the game. You can configure each type of gamepad individually. It should also pop up a dialog when you plug one in that it doesn't yet recognize it asking if you want to configure it.
