I think the point zylche is making is that Ouya encouraging people to get refunds by doing chargebacks which assumably hurt Kickstarter, rather than Boxer8/OuyaInc/Showaddywaddy or whatever they're called now, isn't exactly the wisest thing to say.

That said Im not entirely sure how the Kickstarter payment process works, for all I know it could hurt Amazon more than Kickstarter, either way its not the correct way to refund a Kickstarter pledge (because you don't refund pledges)
