OUYA sends to the U.S. first although there are many people who backed much later than some guys from Europe (e.g. Germany - like me). This improves that not the backer no. but the country determines to whom the first OUYAs are send to. Look at http://www.isouyashipping.com/?submit=success and you will see that mainly the people in California received their OUYAs. What an unfair behaviour!!! And it shows that Julie is lying. This is bulls..t!

It's not unfair behavior. It's common sense. It would be horribly inefficient to ship by backer number. Yes, I know they *said* they were shipping by backer number, and they might be on a small scale (within a region, possibly, but not everywhere), but it's clear, and makes absolutely perfect sense, that they are shipping by region because this is the most cost-effective way for them to ship. It's not bullcrap, it's logic.

If anyone woild like to see what transparance really means when providing updates to backers, plese check the GameStick Kickstarter page. Then compare that to what we have been getting from Ouya.

just a suggestion for us still waiting, can you put a website and put the backer number that has and has not shipped? that releases no information about the end user but allows us to interact and see how close we may be... I am really excited to receive mine!
