Quizania is the ultimate trivia game that brings the party to your house. Play with up to 12 of your friends using our multi-screen experience to control the game from your Android smartphones and tablets. New questions and categories are added constantly so everyone will feel like joining in.
For the true trivia buffs out there, challenge yourself in the single player mode. In single player mode you can watch your score rise and fall over time while trying to level up and complete achievements to earn valuable Q! Points.
Whats a trivia game without good questions? Terrible. This is why we have hired the best in the business. He has writen trivia for many things you may have heard of like Trivial Pursuit and Who Wants to be a Millionaire. He's not cheap so I hope you guys really like his work.

How big is the question and answer database?

The game is being updated and a working version is being published to the Ouya store as soon as it gets approved. The game is still a work in progress for sure. So if you get the game, expect there may be some bugs. If you do find any please let us know at help@alienmantech.com so we can work them out. We hope that in the next month or so to have worked it out into a solid game

we also want to do packs based on many fan favorite movies and such like Star Trek, but there are some trademark issues we have to work out before we can bring stuff like that.
Each pack that we currently have is right about 150 questions per pack. And six of them are free. This puts the game at just over a thousand total questions. But we aren't done. In fact we will never be done. We plan on always adding new packs to the game to keep it interesting and make it fun for everyone.
I will try and get more screen shots of the game later this week when I get some time.
You might need to introduce some kind of subscription model to keep updating it for a long time. Just a thought.

it sounds really interesting. I'm waiting for an alternative to the Buzz! by Sony and this seems exactly what I'm looking for:
- no extra hardware, you can use your own smartphone (Droid only?)
- works with OUYA
- works over WLAN and not Bluetooth
But I have some several questions:
- Actually the app for smartphones is only avaliable on Android. What's about other platforms like iOS oder windowsmobile?
- What's about de languages? Will there follow some translations?
- What's about creating some other or own quiz-questions? you should be able to choose between "public, 'link avaliable if known', not shared". --> similar or like the youtube-permissions.

When I go to the store to download some free packs it doesn't download, just blank progress bar.
Never mind. Having to manually start the download is kind of silly considering you already selected you want to download it.

This is a great Idea? What about implementing a web service so iPhones and other cell phones can log in and be controllers?
hi. i have downloaded quizania and a couple of the free packs. i am excited to play it! however, my ouya controller doesnt work with it. when the answer choices pop up no buttons will work and i have to force quit the game back to the ouya screen. am i missing something?

hmmm. nothing yet, huh?
i deleted quizania and after a couple of days re downloaded it. now, when i try to select the store it just crashes me back to the ouya home screen. does this happen to anyone else? does anyone else play this?
