Backer #2751. Here is my fun little issue. I received the first email on 5/23 and was excited. However, they screwed up my shipping address, having it going to San Mateo, CA instead of Illinois where I live. I confirmed my shipping address with them back on 3/30/13. I replied to the first email stating my address was wrong and giving them the new one. I only received two auto-responses and nothing from an actual human being. Fast forward to today and I get an email with a tracking number. Lo and behold, the tracking number states that the package is headed to San Mateo, CA. I sent off another email but don't have high hopes that they will actually read it.
So basically my Ouya is being sent to California so who knows when they will actually get mine to me in Illinois. I would request a refund, but they probably won't read that email either. Any advice?
