I don't know. I'm inclined to believe the reviews, since they are so universally bad, and it's from a team with no real history of success in the market. In their testing, they may well have been looking at a very different set of checkboxes than a video game reviewer does. I also haven't seen anything to indicate that a lot of the more serious problems that have come up can be wished away in a simple firmware update.

I expect this forum to be more Ouya-positive than the 'grumpy old men' retrogaming forum I mainly hang out on, but sometimes I think of this place is starting to see more 'Ouya apologists' mixed in with the standard 'Ouya fans.'

I guess I'm still technically a fan, but when Ouya finds its way into my hands, I will expect it to deliver a console experience.
Of course, even if the system's totally broken, I'll find some way to get $99 worth of fun out of it.
