In the vacation time I played this game from start to the end.

It's quite good, the classic "ordinary platform" not enough ambitious.
Controls are very good, the game is well playable and enough long (many levels and worlds to play)... and I loved the visuals "16bit like".

As I said, it isn't enough ambitious:

Enemies are all the same (with some visual changes) in the entire game;
Level design is not deeply inspired, someone could find it boring.
Difficulty isn't a great challenge.

Finally....
The game deserves to be bought and played if you love the platform games...... you will like it enough.
