    Dusting off the Ouya

Just curious, it's been awhile since I've used the Ouya. I have it paired with my PS3 controller fine and want to only use it as an emulation box. I know there's no more system updates but am I able to update Android at all? Also, if not what are the latest versions of the following that I can install?

    Mame4droid
    RetroArch
    GenPlusDroid
    Something for CPS2 games

MAME4Droid is ok with the Version you find in the OUYA store.
RetroArch is a Little outdated, you should try to sideload it.
GenPlusDroid is unknown to me. Is it a Sega Genesis Emulator? Then it should be covered by RetroArch anyway.
I guess the CPS-2 games are covered by MAME4Droid, as far as I understand it.
So many games, so little time...

You could load Cyanogenmod onto your OUYA for somewhat of an upgrade. Several people have gotten it to work over in the Hacks section, but there is no official update now or ever.
MAME4Droid works well from the OUYA store and will cover most of your CPS2 needs as well.
I never had much luck with Retroarch on my OUYA, or any device for that matter. I use individual emulators for the systems I want.

I helped create a mini-game in Explosive Dinosaurs. Otakupunk played it, and now you can too!

RetroX contains pre-configured Retroarch for each System that it supports. Pretty handy.
