    Just wanted to thank those who played, bought or even did something to help make Astra Etherium. I'm hoping for another update in November. A lot of backend things are being worked on at the moment. New artwork which some of you have seen on porkpieplatypus.com. There are new features and all that coming too. If you buy/bought the game you will get all updates of course as long as the OUYA doesnt blow up or stop submissions or whatever else. If you have the Forge then there won't be any issues like that. The main focus right now is on the art side but there are some gameplay changes coming.

    Just throwing this out there.

    If only I didn't have to go kick my artists to make sure they are alive
    There is still some other tech work and all that but the art would be a major overhaul.

    Hi.

    Been wanting to make an update for a while as some of you know but things just went sideways.

    Pretty sure in game artist #1 is dead. I kicked the corpse.

    Was going to get new character art also but the 3 people I had in mind had commitments and then disappeared and then flaked and then.... yeah it's a vicious circle and new ones I try to get are busy or whatever. People pitch other artists but then the look doesn't match etc. And I'm kind of picky on the finished art.

    Had a major life issue to take care of too. Still am. No it's not me but.......

    Gameplay mechanics will be changed in the next iteration of the game. Things will be a lot more intense.

    Voicework needs to be cleaned up and updated.

    Planning to add mid bosses and more voice parts but you will be able to turn those off and just shmup your ass off if you want.

    This is a HUD to go with the transition screen we were working on.

    ...and as long as it doesn't blow up the OUYA it will be available for it. Will be on the Forge too of course.
    What I may do in the future when things are more solidified is some type of If you bought it for OUYA/Forge then get it for X thing
    Since I don't trust Razer to stick to their word I will figure something out for the future so keep your receipt.
    Still plan to be on PC, PS4, Switch and XBox in the future. Just need to get this car out of neutral and back into drive.

    I hope by the end of the summer things will be a little more clear...maybe even close to where I want things to be which is DONE.
