Since just before Christmas, I have been unable to connect to the Ouya store.
When I choose Discover, I get the message "Unable to resolve host "devs.ouya.tv": No address associated with hostname"
Is there any idea what could be wrong, and how I can get around it?
Sounds like a networking issue, have you checked to make sure you're connected?

In fact, I was connected directly to the cable modem.
Can you still go to 'Make' and use the browser to get online or is it only Discover?
Could you try to ping the ouya from another device in your home?
