Well I wasn't expecting to have to merge things the way that I am. Either going to merge it or use XSplit, OBS or whatever and see if one of them will work out better.
I don't suggest xsplit unless you are willing to pony up for a license.

If you're willing to pay a decent price for the best video editing software then get PowerDirector 13.

I bought Sony Vegas about 8 years ago and am glad that I did, it is just a beast at editing. Cost a shiny penny, but it was well-worth it to me.
Signature Pending...
Didn't expect much of a response to a video I had to pull...
Not buying anything at the moment, need to know what works best before considering that. The Roxio software seems to keep crashing on me. Corel makes some of the best software in the world but they can't figure this one out... Windows Movie Maker is the quickest and easiest to try to merge and I already had it. Looked fine on my end but when it was uploading there were frozen shots. I may just re-record the video using OBS or something for now until I figure it out. I may even just livestream it and record from there since there is no need to merge or any of that and recording works fine. Just need to figure if the 2 second delay is enough or not. I'll be playing around with this later today.
Might go with Director or Vegas if this becomes a regular thing and I need to merge audio and video. Trying to avoid that mess so we'll see.
