You can use a LOT of controllers on Ouya. I've compiled a driver for a generic dragonrise controller myself, and it works on most of games. I don't know what you have to do specifically on your game code to support other controllers, but i believe something has to be made because otherwise, my controller would work on every game.
Anyway, cute little bomberman clone. I had an issue on selection screen, first day i tried, i couldn't select nothing. Second day, i could select characters using dpad. Maybe you should inspect this further.
