Don't worry about um, ur, uh, etc. That'll come with practice.. Go back and watch early vids of any "famous" YouTuber... Nobody's perfect, but they get better over time.

I would like to add to this. Do exactly what she says but start out every video with your own ad for adblock+. It wouldn't just stick it to them but be ironic.

Heyyy buddy. I suggest using Creative Commons music (or royalty free) I've been getting ragged on Twitch by Nintendo of America for having their game music playing while I play Mario Kart 64 or Mario Party. My answer was to download 5 gigs of CC music so that they have no right to mute my audio or report my channel. freemusicarchive.org/search This is where I got all my music for free. Make sure you search by type of license you want Attribution pretty much which means if you give the original artist credit (either in your video or in the description) then you can use it for whatever purposes including making money.

Here is my 2 cents on the subject as someone who literally was dealing with this over the last month xD

Remove it. YouTube is better now by giving options to you when you violate one of their TOS, but if you plan on monetizing videos you need to be in the best possible standing with youtube/adsesne because even small infraction add up, and its very easy to get you adsense account banned and once your banned its next to impossible to get it reinstated.

i once had two different parties calm the same copyright free song on the same video, i just been ignoring the claims, when i reply to youtube and show them where i got the music and that it was copyright free, they never seem to reply or change the "status" so i just stop trying to deal with the "autosytem" they have. then again there plenty of time i have use copyright music so i not completely innocent i guess.....
