I hear the Ouya 2 will have two X1 SOCs. Thus the double meaning of the 2. The second X1 will be dedicated to control customizable vibration settings.

I'm sure it will be backward compatible with your OUYA since they planned on not fragmenting the OS but you might not get some of the games that us who have upgraded would have and your OUYA might get the update later to not take away any hype for the OUYA 2.0.

You guys have it all wrong, Google and Nvidia have combined forces with OUYA, putting their own misguided efforts aside. From what I can gather, not only is it the strongest chip ever, but Google is going to pioneer android 6.0 Marshmallow on it. This version has been optimised for console gaming, because obviously handheld phones are never going to be widely adopted.

    - with high powered vibrating ARM structured attachment, for all your needs stimuli wise.

Yeah...not even commenting on OUYA 2 anymore, if it ever appears.

Of course it would have to be a console.

Am I the only person not especially desperate for a console update? My Ouya is currently running just fine as it is. Last thing I need is an update to come along and bork the whole setup.

People seem to cry out for updates, but then repent later. Like when Lollipop appeared on my Nexus 7.

Really could have done without that.
