New OUYA Update?

I dont think its part of the Xiaomi deal. OUYA only just released their platform for China recently so I dont think they would need to update it again.

Nowadays, everything has an update shortly after their launch. I believe OUYA had an update about a week after its launch, maybe less.

You have to remember that the OUYA launched quite uniquely. There was the Kickstarter distribution of units and then the official June launch. The former was receiving updates even before the console officially hit the market.

They also already shown off the Xiaomi UI recently and by what people are describing in here it sounds like something else. They also wouldn't remove it if it was the same thing they already shown.

Either way, there were updates shortly after the former and the latter's launch. But a better example would be the Wii U, it had a day one update. Xbone had a day one update, too.
