Ouya mupen64plus question

I have been looking through posts and forms about this but have not found a solid answer.

Can i use mupen64plus on ouya without being connected to the internet?

I know about downloading and all that but i want to know if i need to be connected to the internet to use mupen64plus i have not found a straight answer, i will be taking ouya with my places that i will not have internet access so instead of lugging around the n64 or snes with my i will use the back ups to play through the ouya, thanks for any and all help.

You don't need Internet to play anything that you have downloaded to your ouya.

Anything that is FREE or has no DRM will be fine, the only thing you have to worry about are PAID/Premium apps that use Online-Only DRM. Unfortunately there is not a way to tell if an app does it without checking out various lists or trying it yourself if it is not on them.
