Controller buttons

Can I use all 4 buttons - OUYA - in a game? Or are some of those set to some system options (pause?)?

You can use them however you like. There is a dedicated home button which I believe was being discussed on perhaps using also as a pause button depending if you press quickly, or hold etc. "tap to pause, hold for home"
