Are you looking to update a shipping/mailing address? If so, head on over to the OUYA gamers portal at https://gamers.ouya.tv/gamers/sign_in

If the thread is not working, give it a few as I have seen a few problems with their site in the last few minutes. You should be able to login with your email/pass or username which you created for OUYA.
