To be honest , right now, the best outcome for them is to cancel this Kickstarter and re-think their business plan. They need to think of other ways to just sell the controller. Whether that's working out a deal with Google to get the code needed put into Android. Or alternatively offer their Controller/code as a product to Chinese Android console makers who typically run a modified version of Android anyway.
