A device like the OUYA is much like your traditional mainstream video game console in the sense that it's not something you can improve on. Furthermore, if there was such an option then the third of this community that won't keep quiet about wanting an OUYA with stronger hardware would have jumped on that the millisecond it became available. Most of the people here bought the OUYA for what it stood for and not what it could do. If you want an XboxONE or PS4 then get either of those consoles because the OUYA is what it is. A console with a modest Tegra Three that doesn't try to be anything it isn't unlike what you're trying to do.

Finally some common sense.... nothing else to say.
An upscaler takes a low-resolution (small) picture and does its best to stretch it out for a higher resolution screen without looking stretched. Ouya already outputs a 1080p image if your TV supports it. Unless your TV is a 40k display, there's nothing for an upscaler to stretch. It would basically do nothing.

I think he's looking for something that will turn a 2d game into a 3d game.
