Programs getting locked up

Hello everybody,

I am new here, thank you. I notice that there are programs getting locked up in the "Play" session. Even games that I have paid for are locked up. I tried resetting the console and they went away but soon after some re-downloading some programs started getting locked.




As you can see in the image, the games are getting locked when i paid for them, even free programs.

Hey Sightlight, welcome to the forum. This actually happens quite often to me. Let me guess, do you have a Flashdrive attached? If so: detach through the menu, remove it, and reset your system.

For some reason the game gets hung up between the download and install when mine is attached. I also occasionally get the "You have too many games" error message, usual removing the Memory stick and restarting allows it to resume but sometimes I have to delete the download and start again.

I tried but it didnt work. I guess i am stuck with locked games ive bought.

Are you using wireless? If so it might be a connection issue and you may want to plug it up?

Most games I have picked up have downloaded and installed instantly, but others like Strike Wing took close to 45 min of the download bar not moving. You might need to just let it sit.

I'm not 100% sure, but if you're playing games at the same time I don't think games will download; and if you're prioritizing Bluetooth over Wifi (for your controller sake) that could be slowing it down too.
