Broken Pearl - Wide Pixel Games

This thread is for the discussion of Broken Pearl. Note to the developer, if you wish to take ownership of this thread, please let me know.

Long ago we settled down on this planet, the three of us. We each formed our own country, as we always do, and we always named them after ourselves.
The minerals of this particular planet had a different structure than what we were used to. It was more powerful and had an extra shine to them, we called them Pearls.
Our offspring all had this shimmering with a slightly different hue resembling the natural form of each of us. We'd never been so complete or happy before.
But then, one day one of us attacked the others.

Fly something resembling a space ship and defend yourself from the opposing forces and destroy air and land based creatures. A retro shooter as it was made in the 80s.

    No one talking about it?

Well I tried it. I think the field of view needs to be wider but decent game. It's free.
You can upload your high score and I see some other forum members on the list. Now I see who I have to beat.

I'm slightly color blind so it may be me but are the colors too similar of the shots and ships breaking apart?

Tried and yes, the game could take advantage of the landscape mode the Ouya forces, also because it scrolls slightly horizontally since the edges are left out the play screen. I like the unusual setting (underwater instead of space or sky) for a change
Most of the time I keep my OUYA offline: please consider it before inserting a phone-home/always online DRM in your game. If you still plan to do so, please declare it. You don't want pirates, I don't want to be frauded.

At least so it seems to me! Might be because it talks about pearls. Nowhere it's stated that it's set underwater, but it could be and I like it lol. Quite a few familiar names in that highscore leaderboard!

I think it is in the air, with 'air and land based creatures'.
