    Land Air Sea Warfare

Would you guys like a balls out RTS game on OUYA? Are there any old school RTS games on the OUYA? I could bring my game LASW to OUYA since I'm doing an Android version finally, but doing the controls right for OUYA would be quite the undertaking. Check out my game and let me know...

I am in as well. I have fond memories of games like this, such as Majesty and Stronghold: Crusader

I would be interested as well.

Using the OUYA controller could be troublesome, but PS1 had Command and Conquer with fewer buttons and I recall that working pretty well.

It worked more than pretty well. It worked perfectly. I still own Command and Conquer, Command and Conquer Red Alert, and Command and Conquer Red Alert Retaliation for the PS1. The Red Alert ones were the reasons to put two TV's back to back with two PS1's connected to play against a friend which my best friend and I used to play so much that we both would still be playing in our dreams. I had no problems with the controls at all and they felt completely natural to the point that if I didn't know I would have never guessed they were PC ports. I freaking love those games. It was when this scene popped up on my PS1 that I pledged my alliance to Kane and was hooked:

lol, This is hilarious to me. When I first started to reply to this thread I of course expressed interest in the game. But then after mentioning Command and Conquer on the PS1, I segue into what became a rant about how much fun my friends and I would have on game nights by linking two systems for this game. Before posting I realized my rant was rather long (and very off topic) so I just condensed it to the basics.

But since you brought this up, it’s great to know that others took advantage of this feature. I really wish OUYA had this capability because LAN multiplayer (with separate screens) has always been so much fun and the OUYA is so much easier to carry around.

I really don't understand why this died out when online multiplayer started to become popular, it's kind of like comparing apples to oranges. Did you ever give Decent or Krazy Ivan a shot on the PS1? There were a few other games but they slip my mind at the moment.
